1. Soak moong beans. 2. Take beans, in Instant Pot vessel. 3. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. 4. Release pressure naturally.
5. In oil and/or ghee, roast whole spices. 6. Roast ginger, chilies and curry leaves. 7. Then rest of the spices. 8. Keep aside some tadka for garnish.
9. Pour tadka over cooked beans. 10. Add water. 11. Add salt & simmer for few minutes. 12. Squeeze in some lime juice and mix.
