Instructions - Cook Beans

1.  Soak moong beans. 2.  Take beans, in Instant Pot vessel. 3.  Pressure cook for 5 minutes. 4.  Release pressure naturally.

Instructions - Tadka

5.  In oil and/or ghee, roast whole spices. 6.  Roast ginger, chilies and curry leaves. 7.  Then rest of the spices. 8.  Keep aside some tadka for garnish.

Instructions - Mag Curry

9.  Pour tadka over cooked beans. 10.  Add water. 11.  Add salt & simmer for few minutes. 12.  Squeeze in some lime juice and mix.

Serve Gujarati mag with rice or roti
