Chicken Cutlets,  Indian Style

Ground Chicken Recipe 

Protein rich. Gluten free snack. Light meal. Less than 30 minutes recipe. Prepare with ground chicken & no precooking. No egg & no breadcrumbs.

Why these cutlets?

Instructions 1

1. Take chopped onion, green chilies, mint & cilantro into a bowl. 2. Add chili powder. 3. Add garam masala & coriander powder. 4. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well.

5. Add ginger garlic paste. 6. Mix well. 7. Add ground chicken. 8. And mix well so the spices are well blended into the chicken.

9. Apply oil to palms, take a small lime size mixture into your hand, shape it into a round ball. 10. Flatten the ball. Make cutlets and keep aside.

Instructions 4

11. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry patties on medium high flame until light brown. 12. Flip and cook for a few more minutes until the patties are fully cooked..

 1.  Serve cutlets with some ketchup or coriander mint chutney.

2.  Stuff 2-3 cutlets in pita bread along with hummus, onion tomato & lettuce.

3.  Make a sandwich. For sandwiches, make the patties big.
