    Khaman Dhokla is my most fav farsan from gujju :) and you have make so delectable with wonderful clicks usha :) fabulous job deary :)

    The khaman Dhokla is very well made. Looks very tempting.
    Undhiyu can be tricky at times. .you could check my blog for the recipe.

    Never get bored of this dhoklas, initially i want to make them but i know many of us will do it, so i opted for an another dish. Now am drooling over those plates.

    Dhoklas are the favorite in my house! My son loves it and I also made Dhokla for Gujarat. I made the channa dal version and it had come out really well….Looking forward to your Gujarati meal soon :)

    So if Modi wins we can expect to see an elaborate Gujarati thali…

    It is disappointing when dinner is not edible because of a failed experiment. But the dhokla look great.

    so sorry your Gujarati meal failed but this looks so good especially photographed with the blue plate the two colors contrast nicely and it really makes the dhokla pop

    So sorry the meal failed. I love oondiyo but have never tried it yet! But then like you said you have som many more to try for next time.I love the blue plate and yellow khaman pic. Awesome.
