Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 small Onion chopped or diced
- 1 small Tomato thinly diced
- 2 Green Chillies seeded and chopped
- Cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 cup Non Fat Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Non Fat Sour Cream (opt)
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together refrigerate until ready to serve.
