26 mouthwatering protein rich ingredients featuring eggs, moong dal, chicken, yogurt and shrimp!
Here is the recap of last month's blogging marathon named Cooking Carnival. The theme for the Cooking Carnival had two options. Cooking with one ingredient or one category for 26 days OR cook with one ingredient or one category every week for 5 weeks.
I chose to combine both the options and cooked with one category for 26 days with one ingredient a week. Meaning, the main category was cooking with protein rich ingredients and every week I picked one protein rich ingredient. Here is what I cooked / posted for 26 days of the month, taking a break on Sundays.
